2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

• If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

• If an item is returned after the 7-day return window (but within 14 days), subject to approval.
